Do the waste scan

A family business with passion

Our passion for innovation to maximise reuse has been passed down from generation to generation since 1946. Our history of always looking to the future has brought us to where we are today.

Looking ahead requires a clear vision

And our vision is crystal clear. We sort and process used materials to generate as many high-quality new raw materials as possible. This way, we help our customers collect and recycle their waste streams and provide them with new circular raw materials from which they can make new products.

Why do we do what we do?

By reducing CO2 emissions and contributing to a circular economy, we are making the future a little brighter every day. When Harry Kempenaars founded the company in 1946, he was well ahead of his time. He was already engaged in reuse—trading old paper, metals, and mole and rabbit skins—and thus in the circular economy. Now, almost 80 years later, reuse is one of the most critical factors in today’s economy.
