U-Tube Systems Tholen
U-Tube Systems, a leader in heating and cooling systems, has been a valued customer of ours for many years. They contacted us with the aim of optimising their internal logistics. In the workplace, some employees spend a lot of time processing their recycled cardboard in-house. Although this did not involve large quantities, it did take a considerable amount of time. Thanks to the implementation of a revised system, this time can now be spent on activities that support U-Tube Systems’ production process.
What previously had to be stacked manually in tight containers is now done effortlessly with roll containers and a mobile tipper. We used a reconditioned tipper that was perfect for reuse. Combined with a compactor from our pool, we have also enabled significant savings in terms of transport. From our pool of compactors, we can easily swap compactors instead of emptying and putting them back, which not only saves trips but also contributes to CO2 reduction.
Even for these smaller volumes, we actively contribute ideas to reach our customer’s desired results. We are very pleased to have been able to assist U-Tube Systems in streamlining their internal logistics processes.
